 -Rencontres Internationales
du Cinéma d'Animation

organized
by the Wissembourg Film Club

are held every second year.

"Change of date !
The "Relais Culturel" of Wissembourg will be closed for repairs
for the period of one year. As a consequence, the next season
 of the RICA -the
8th RICA- initially scheduled
in November 2009, will take place
from
November 15th to November 23rd, 2010.

 
The RICA are an international animated film festival which presents short and feature films in competition as well as retrospectives which pay tribute to the masters of world animation and programmes which highlight the artistic production of a country or focus on animation schools in France or elsewhere...

This festival allows film directors to meet various audiences, be they young or less young, and guide them in the exploration of the countless facets of animation...

The former season, the 7th RICA, took place
